I had a great experience at Firestone. The team was professional and courteous, and they took the time to explain the work needed on my vehicle. They completed the repairs quickly, and my car is now running much better. I appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and excellent customer service!! It's reassuring to know my vehicle was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Firestone to anyone seeking reliable automotive service, and I plan to return for future maintenance and repairs. I had a horrible experience. My husband went in to get a tire and get the others rotated. They took five hours to “do everything”. When we got there after the five hours had passed they told us they weren’t able to do everything because of a mishap. We understood even though we had told them exactly what we needed and waited another hour. When they were finally done we left and didn’t think much about it. But now it is obvious they didn’t rotate the tires and messed up the sensor on the tire we wanted replaced. The tire also didn’t have any air in it. I cannot believe I paid any money for such a horrible service and job.

Had to bring my car in while I was on vacation and the staff and management were all very friendly and helpful. They got me in and out in no time. Really happy and will definitely bring my car back in when I come back to town which is fairly frequently.

When and made appointment went back the next day to the appointment and got a guy who had an attitude. I was very calm and asked. Was this not done yesterday? He said " I just sent the tire was not here" with the attitude I told them I'm just asking a simple question cuz I was here the day before and made this appointment. I said ok order the tire but I can't wait I have to go to work now. I go back the day and asked him to do got more attitude from him for as something as simple as to checking I tire I bought at Firestone for a leak the car tool about. He very smart a said they will check tire pressures Wich they didn't the tire I filled up to compensate for a air like is still at the same PSI as I put it. Meanwhile, I walk in the store and the guy who set my appointment for that day before is apologizing for not finding a tire. Though this did not make for up for his coworker being a jerk whenever clearly was not my fault, bad customer service they want money but they treat you like crap and waste your time like it's nothing

They never gave up on the car. I had my daughter’s car towed to the shop because it was close to where it broke down and had no idea what to expect. It took a week (no fault of theirs) and some outside help but they never gave up and proceeded to finish the job within the quoted price. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because communication could have been better. Multiple times I was told someone would call back with an update and I never heard from them. In the shops defense I do understand that we were not the only customers. Keep up the good work!
